1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and 356jl governing all access to and use of the 356jl platform.

2.2 By completing the registration process on the 356jl platform, or by accessing any part of the platform after these Terms are made available, the Player is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2.3 If a Player does not agree to any part of these Terms, they must immediately cease access to and use of the 356jl platform and, if already registered, must not place any wagers or initiate any financial transactions.

2.4 These Terms are supplemented by 356jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 356jl platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of their account's existence.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through 356jl or mandated by any Philippine regulatory authority.
• Not be accessing 356jl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of 356jl or any of its affiliated game providers.

3.2 356jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 356jl platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending AML review.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Any information subsequently found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 356jl login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes issued to their registered Philippine mobile number. 356jl will never request a Player's password through any channel, including live chat or email.

Any activity conducted through a Player's 356jl account using valid credentials shall be deemed authorised by the Player. If a Player suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify 356jl immediately via the official support channel.

4.3 Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their 356jl account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining PHP balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and absence of any pending AML review or bonus wagering obligations.

5 KYC Verification

5.1 356jl is required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.2 To complete KYC on the 356jl platform, a Player must submit the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or UMID card.

5.4 Until KYC is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal functionality remains restricted on the Player's 356jl account. Deposits and gameplay are permitted during the KYC review period.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

356jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 356jl does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on 356jl is ₱100.
• Deposits are reflected in the Player's PHP wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instantaneous.
• 356jl does not charge fees on deposits. However, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on 356jl games. Deposits may not be used to circumvent AML monitoring thresholds.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount on 356jl is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the Player's KYC-verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 2–6 hours.
• 356jl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with Philippine AML obligations. This may temporarily delay processing.
• Active Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and do not form part of a Player's withdrawable balance.

7 Games, Betting & Platform Rules

7.1 All games available on the 356jl platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, racing, and HRG Live — operate under the rules published within the game interface itself. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's in-application rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules are more specific to a particular outcome.

7.2 All game results are final once a round is completed and settled by the system. 356jl does not reverse game results except in instances of verified technical malfunction as described in clause 7.4 below.

7.3 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel. Live casino games operate under the standard rules of the respective table game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) and house edges are inherent to those rules.

7.4 Technical Malfunction: In the event of a demonstrable system error or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 356jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the Players involved. No claim for expected winnings arising from a malfunctioning game will be entertained. All bets are void if the platform is unable to determine outcomes with certainty.

7.5 The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or table are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be updated by 356jl from time to time without prior notice.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 From time to time, 356jl may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to registered Players. Each such offer is subject to specific terms that govern its eligibility, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal value, and expiry period. These specific terms are communicated at the point the offer is made available.

8.2 General bonus conditions applicable across all 356jl promotions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any amount can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.

8.3 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically arbitrage 356jl bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating wagers to minimise risk in violation of terms, or misrepresenting eligibility — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related amounts and possible permanent account closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per individual.
• Using false, forged, or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 356jl platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 356jl games or systems in any way that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over standard play.
• Accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Players who identify such issues must report them to 356jl support promptly rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses 356jl staff or other Platform users through any channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 356jl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 356jl account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

11 Intellectual Property

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 356jl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the Player.

11.3 Players must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 356jl content or software without prior written authorisation from 356jl.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 356jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the 356jl platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

12.2 356jl's total aggregate liability to any single Player in any calendar month, arising from any cause, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 356jl during the same calendar month, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

12.3 356jl makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that any particular game will be continuously accessible, or that technical systems will be free from errors at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may periodically affect accessibility.

12.4 Online gaming involves inherent financial risk. 356jl does not guarantee any Player a return on amounts wagered. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 The collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of Player personal information by 356jl is governed by the separate 356jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By registering on the 356jl platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of relevant data with Philippine regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) where required by law or regulation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 356jl reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14.2 A Player's continued use of the 356jl platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (the Internet Gambling Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 356jl's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

15.3 The language of these Terms and of any dispute proceedings shall be English, unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine procedural rules.
